RichSmith Management is looking to hire an experienced Senior Regional Property Director to manage a portfolio in its growing Arkansas region and surrounding areas. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Regional Property Manager to join an excellent team with excellent growth!

DUTIES
Senior Regional Property Director is responsible for supporting and executing the property management company's strategic objectives related to property management by managing an assigned portfolio of properties, implementing policies, procedures, and practices to enable each property to meet and exceed budgeted financial goals and achieve operational performance objections.
QUALIFICATIONS
Ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum of (4) years' experience as the District/Regional Manager supervising multiple properties
- 5 to 7 years of experience working in affordable housing programs to include LIHTC required
- Ability to recruit and supervise successful management teams in a growing portfolio.
- Proven track record for successful lease ups of new communities.
- Proven track record for maintaining high occupancy and collection rates as well as working within budgetary restrictions.
- Certified Property Manager (CPM) or other industry designation preferred.
- A willingness to bring excitement and to travel is a must.
- Must remain "on call" for all property emergencies
